End of the day and end of the month.
This weekend was different for me in maaany more ways than one. I’ve really realized that I’m a different person than I was in 2009. I’m a different person than I was last month for that matter. Maybe not so different in superficial qualities or mannerisms, but definitely in the way that I think about things and life and all of that good stuff.
Anyways… I asked the bag of...
Crappy English Sonnet
Our hearts, they live in places not our own These places though, to us they’re not estranged They dwell in places and people we’ve known Where time is naught and wind blows no change No shores washed clean, nor mountains wane, with place And people are where our souls want to stay In old friends, and in a familiar face These moments in time where in dreams we play One day you’ll...
Crappy Couplet Poem
I lost my shadow, here I shall explain… I stand in light shown through the windowpane I see not the darkness, just dust— just I The sun so bright, it irritates mine eyes With curtains shut, my darkness still absent ’Tis the grievance of which I shall lament A companion of faith and loyalty To lose one’s shadow is but great folly! It does not jump, nor does it fly, it crawls It sticks to...
Colorgenics Comparison
So, I did this colorgenics personality thingy on October 11th something like 3 months ago. And so I decided to do it again since a lot has changed in 3 months. So here’s my original one from October, and the second, indented one is the new one from today.

Anyways...
Now that I’ve finally found my all-time favorite movie. (I know… not gay. Kthx. Lol.) I’m really excited to find a favorite song. I’m sure it’s something that I can dance to because that’s when music sounds the best.
Guitaring guitaring. :D

500 Days... again
During my third watch through I made another observation:
The reason why the movie could have only been made in Tom’s point of view. Because Tom’s general plot line for the most part was: Following the life of someone who believes in fate, and to see what events caused him to become a realist.
But Summer’s story is a story we’ve already heard before. Maybe...

I'm pretty sure
that world won’t explode when I wake up tomorrow morning. Hah. I still think I’m a stuuups though. Whatever though, I play the game by my own rules now. Let’s get through this finals week though.
What songs should I learn?
On guitar. :P
Hmm
Playing guitar since 5 ftw? Fingers are about to break, I can feel it. Haha. At least I like playing again.
chinggggaling asked: Elaborate .. about the most ridiculous thing you've ever done?
Today at 1:50 or so...
I just did one of the most ridiculous things I’ve ever done in my life. It’s not bad, just completely ludicrous.
Moment of Clarity
You know… it’s nice not being bitter about things and realizing that everything that happened to me this past year and before that has helped shaped me to be who I am today. From last year, I honestly believe I’d made leaps and bounds in terms of mine own mental and emotional maturity.
In just the past month or so, I’ve realized so much about myself, other people, and my...
Have you ever...
Listened to a song when you were talking/dating/crushing on someone and that became the soundtrack for your life for those weeks/months/years?
Cause I definitely just put my iTunes on shuffle and came up with two songs that I recognized off of the first note within something like 10 song changes…

He (I, Lol) actually understands the movie.
its chris AHH: omggg that whole scene where he's drunk in the conference thingy
makes soooo much goddam sense
all of the movies, tv, pop stuff, and the greeting cards are making people afraid to voice how they really feel.
because all we see on tv and movies are all so fake and nothing like how we actually feel in real life
its chris AHH: so subconsciously, we're too nervous to try and voice how we feel because all we've seen on tv and movies are all of these fake lines without the real feeling behind it. and that's all we know to be our truth about it.
its chris AHH: and the word "love" is fake too. the word came out of someone's mouth first, but then everyone started using it and the word "love" really doesn't explain anything to anyone except for that first person it actually came from. whatever love is trying to represent is all of those feelings and moments all rolled into one "thing" that feels and sees and hears and smells.
and one truly cannot describe it
its chris AHH: because it has no name, it's only feelings and moments that give you those "buttefly" feelings if you can even call them that.
its chris AHH: it's the only "real" thing in life, everything else is a trained perception of that was forced onto you by world around you and the people who raised you. but "love", again, if this is what it was named, is the one thing that only you can know and feel because no one knows how to help you perceive it.
Umm
Still haven’t written my two poems that are due Monday.
Someone give me a good topic for a couplet poem, and another one for a sonnet. If I don’t get any good topics I know I’m going to end resorting to pulling out something depressing and metaphorically autobiographical from my life or something like love.
So yeah… any good ideas about what I should write about?
Ouch
Picked up my guitar after months. My fingertips on my left hand are SUPER red, and i’m scratching up some of the knuckle skin on my right hand because of the way I strum without a pick. Found a pick though, I suck at using it.
Today was anti-climactic, but nonetheless a good lazy day. For sure. Hopefully tomorrow can be slightly more eventful. :P

About to start re-watching 500 Days of Summer after only finishing it for the first time a couple of hours ago. Loving that movie really bad.
Hollywood lies
AH! Lol.

Finally finished watching...
Took me 3 hours to watch a 1 hour and 30 minute movie.
Anyways, the ending was soooo perfect. It not only concluded the movie, but it concluded the whole experience. Like, the line about everything just being coincidence and that one molds their own life. I mean, that really hit everything home for me. Because I made a realization. I’m giving up the whole thought of “it’ll...

More 500 Days of Summer
So, the whole scene leading up to Summer breaking down has to be THE day 250 as I will refer to. 250 being metaphorical to the half-way point where Tom starts to lose Summer.
Anyways, talking about the whole “misinterpretation of The Graduate” line and Summer watching the end of it and breaking down… In that scene, just before you see them running away on the bus, there was an...

500 Days of Summer (\_-
OMG. In the scene where Tom runs from the rooftop and the couple on the sidewalk walks past him, then he runs off into the street: Tom didn’t run because he saw the couple together, because he was on the same straight path ahead of them but he flinched after looking to his left.
So what made him jump off of the sidewalk? He saw the heart-shaped formation in the black metal door, as is...
Grrrawwwr
Just woke up. Had some toasted pan de sal with some liverwurst spread. Shit’s good.
What am I doing today? I dunno. Someone hit me up so I can get outtttta here.
As of lately.
Things have been good. The little things that used to bother me really don’t matter lately. Friends have been waaay awesome lately too. The only thing that’s bothering me is that I have to sacrifice time to work with my All-Male so that I can compete with iDK. But I don’t think that too much is coming up after Bragging Rights, or at least I’ll be able to sacrifice a few iDK...
So anyways....
Life’s been good lately. Let’s end it at that.

On my computer right now. My screen’s actually pretty huge if you fullscreen stuff. Maybe I should start downloading anime again since it looks really nice. Lol.

Would it be completely wierd/awesome/rude to say that 220’s latest medley would be great to roll to … [:
Complete agreement in every aspect and perspective of that thought. We should go to Vibe. Lol.
Basement Jaxx
Basement Jaxx’s Scars Album is the greatest thing to hit my ears in a whiiiile. It’s so so so so so so refreshing to hear something that completely OWNS anything that you might hear on the radio. I wish I had my iPod so I could be jamming to this album in class.
Ooooooh.
I smell something very Asian and teriyaki and ginger-y downstairs. Yum.

I remember a friend once told me that everyone goes through a phase where they listen to Queen heavily for long periods of time. Still makes me LAWL.

Didn’t mean to straight up reblog, my mouse went crazy. Lmao.

“Cardigan Weather” by Meg & Dia, put it on repeat please. Lol.
Love this song, it’s just put together so well… It’s like a ballad, and rock-ish, and soulful and the guitarists/bassist in the back play so smoothly. I don’t think I even need to mention the vocalists and the lyrics. Hah. Kbye.
Drink down that Gin and Kerosene,
And come spit on bridges with me,
Just to...
– Fall Out Boy (Nobody Puts Baby in the Corner)
I really just love Fall Out Boy’s lyrics, well… at least moments of it. It’s like poetry. Although it’s a little bit more literal on some subject matter. But yeah. Just gotta love good lyrics.
:D
I wish I had a sweet sound system for my computer, cause I’m bumping it but some songs sounds a little less than adequate. But yeah, loving music right now, haven’t really played any at home in a while.
And I can’t forget your style and your cynicism; somehow it was like you...
